‘Bin collections are suspended for Friday 2 March 2018 due to the snow and icy conditions. Residents are advised to take their bins back in and put them out for collection on Monday 5 March (assuming that conditions have improved and it is safe to do so). We thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.’

‘The Red Lion would like to thank Hadsham Farm for the wonderful Christmas Tree (adjacent to the pub). Many people have commented on how lovely it is to see it as they enter the village. The delight it brings to the children who use the school bus is obvious by the expression on their faces.
A special thanks goes to Dave Taylor who annually mounts and places the tree and provides his time and a cherry picker to put up the fairy lights. Thanks again.’
