Providing a social platform to continuously improve communications for our small but perfectly formed community!

Welcome to our village web presence, set up in August 2014 by combining the online Horley Views with the previous Horley Village website. It provides one on-line place for all our latest news and information. Our community is spreading far wider than its North Oxfordshire boundaries thanks to the reach of the internet; we are followed around the world by former villagers, family and friends who have visited here. There are many  amazing connections that date back through the war, our church and beyond. More of this  on Horley Modern History,  we are reconnecting with the past not just of Horley but also  neighbouring villages .

Let us know what you think, what else you would like to see, if you have something you want to share email us at horleyviews@outlook.com.

If you want to receive an email every time we post an update, it’s simple, just enter your email address in the box at the top right of the page. We also automatically share posts with Facebook and Twitter, so for those of you that use these you will see updates that way as well.

About – Horley Views Magazine

Horley Views is our quarterly village magazine that was revived in the summer of 2000. Since then its been printed 4 times a year in an A5 black and white booklet.

The success of the printed Horley Views is a reflection of our active community and its desire to share. We are fortunate to have many contributors both regular and occasional, as well as advertisers (Horley Views Advertising Costs) who fund the printing. This means we can continue to provide the printed edition quarterly to your door for free.

If you would to contribute to the magazine please email Chris Howell or Barry Moss
