A fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi that is set to music in a class that aims to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Each form provides gentle exercise with its  own health benefits.:

  • Yoga – general health and well-being, improving strength, suppleness, circulation leading to greater energy, better concentration.
  • Pilates – core muscle strength, balanced body posture, and improved flexibility.
  • Tai Chi – physical and mental well-being, greater flexibility, balance and improving breathing and posture.
