Ref 25/00563/SO – Request For Screening Opinion – Elgin Energy
Without prejudicing any decision/opinion on any future planning application, Horley Parish Council supports the Request for Screening Opinion (Environmental Impact Assessment.)
Further details can be found on the Cherwell District Council website – Planning Ref 25/00563/SO
You may be aware that a planning application has been submitted to Cherwell District Council by Elgin in relation to the proposed solar farm, part of which is in the parish of Horley. This application is seeking the opinion of CDC as to whether they consider that an environmental impact assessment is required for the proposed solar farm. While this is for CDC to decide, the Parish Council are reviewing the proposal and will submit comments to CDC in due course.
