BAKES FOR BARKS!

Enterprising young bakers from Hornton are at the Methodist Chapel on Millers Lane, Hornton tomorrow, 11am to 3pm,  if you’d like to pop in and support their fundraising event in aid of BARKS – Banbury Animal Rescue & Kindness Service.

The girls – all students at Warriner School – have baked cakes and are selling them – by the slice and whole – with tea and coffee or to take away.

They also have a super raffle – with prizes for all ages and for pets too! – and a lucky dip. And, if you hurry, you can also meet the BARKS mascot, Alwin, the seven-year-old giant white Maine Coon cat. He’ll be there between around 12 and 1.
