We had a brilliant, fabulous, fun morning getting ready for Mothering Sunday this Saturday at the Old Schoolhouse – Mums, Dads, children and members of St Etheldreda’s church exercised their creative skills making Mother’s Day pictures, posies and badges.

Many thanks to Sarah Allitt and Sarah Taylor for helping organise the event and providing flowers, and to Sue Ashdown, Kate Wythe & Fiona Taylor for extra support.

Tomorrow on Mothering Sunday March 19^th we will be in church for a Mothering Sunday Holy Communion starting at 10:30am, with posies for mums/ grannies/ aunties &c.  Do come and join us as we celebrate and give thanks for Mums and all they are to us.
