Alicia Baker, Rector of the Ironstone Benefice writes: “On October 31^st we are celebrating All Saints Day (Nov 1^st). Wroxton Church will be hosting the service for the whole Benefice at 10.30am.

As I wrote in the magazine this month, All Saints services are poignant occasions. They can be celebratory as we remember that the people who have passed away are now in a better place. But of course they are also sad times because we have lost people close to us. This year we remember especially those we have lost to Covid 19.

This service in Wroxton will be reflective. There may be a hymn or two, a couple of readings, and the opportunity to light a candle. You may only want to stay for a little while or for the whole time – about 45 minutes. It’s up to you. Everyone is most welcome.”
