Horley’s Summer fete is back this year, from 2pm to 4:30pm on Saturday 16th July. If you have any children’s books or toys you no longer need or you have any donations for the tombola, please contact us on horleyviews@outlook.com
Thank you to everyone who came along to the Horley Platinum Jubilee party on Sunday afternoon and made it such a success. With true British grit everyone enjoyed their picnics despite the slightly damp weather. Look out in Horley Views for a full rundown of the day.
Take a look at https://platinumjubilee.gov.uk/toolkit/ for children’s activities and ideas for your Jubilee celebrations
Only a few days left until the judging for the best tubs and baskets as part of our Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
To be included in the judging, you need to register your tub/basket at The Red Lion
– you don’t want the judge to miss all your hard work –
There is something for everyone with 3 categories: 0-10 years | 11-16 | Adult.
Every year Caroline works hard to provide us with a brilliant plant stall outside her house. This year is no different, so please remember to visit Caroline’s plant stall. You could get some amazing plants for your garden, or even your basket/pot for the village competition. If you have any spare plants then please donate them to the stall.
All funds raised are in aid of St Etheldreda’s.
